1) Booking & Payment
Workshop places can be booked via our website or through email communication. In some cases, we offer a split-payment installment option, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date. Students’ places will not be guaranteed until full payment has been made.
For private group workshops, a deposit payment will be required at the time of booking in order to secure the date(s) of the workshop.
2) International Students
Please ensure that you have the relevant visa paperwork required for entry to the USA, and that you have applied for this in sufficient time before the start of your workshop. If your visa is delayed or you are denied entry to the USA, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All our classes are taught in English. For private groups coming from abroad, a translator may be arranged at an additional supplementary fee.
3) Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
If you need to cancel your seat at any workshop at any time, you can do so with a full refund if the cancelation is made at least 6 weeks before the workshop date. After that time, you can receive a 50% refund, or the opportunity to attend another class date within 1 year.
In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled, students will be given the option of a full refund or the transfer of their place to an alternative date.
